Oliver Named DAC Player of Week

IRVING, Texas – Dallas College Mountain View's Aaliyah Oliver has been named the Dallas Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week.

A freshman guard from Longview, Texas, Oliver averaged 20 points, 5.5 rebounds, three assists and 4.5 steals in two games last week. She had a season-high 29 points, seven steals, and was 5 of 8 from the three-point line in a win over the University of Arkansas Cossatot.

Oliver is averaging 14.3 poins, 5.3 rebounds and 3.3 steals per game.

Mountain View (3-3) plays at Western Oklahoma State College 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
